At national level, HSE's Food and Drink Manufacture Section will be working centrally with the Food and Drink Manufacture Health and Safety Forum to develop, promote and share good practice in the industry through trade associations and other intermediaries.
To help control these issues, food and drink manufacturers should continue to address the main causes of injury and occupational ill health through sensible and proportionate risk management.
