Introduction

This consultative document seeks comments on new regulations proposed by the Health and Safety Commission to amend the Notification of New Substances Regulations 1993 (NONS 93) (SI 1993/3050). The new regulations will be known as the Notification of New Substances (Amendment) Regulations 2001 (NONS 2001).
