- Alternative penalties for health and safety offences
Prosecution is the main means for holding to account those alleged to have committed serious breaches of health and safety law. But alternative penalties could also have a role to play within the framework of health and safety law enforcement, as part of a wider overall approach to improving enforcement. We would welcome your views on the ideas that have been raised.
