Hugh Robertson

Hugh Robertson is the Senior Policy Officer with responsibility for Prevention, Rehabilitation and Compensation at the TUC. He sits on the boards of a number of bodies including the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work and the British Occupational Health Research Foundation. Between 1999 and 2009 he was a member of the Industrial Injuries Advisory Council.

Hugh is a Chartered Fellow of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health and an Honorary Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine.

He is Vice-chair of the Panel of Experts on Occupational Diseases of the International Labour Organisation and a member of the European Commission's Advisory Committee for Safety and Health, chairing its Occupational Diseases Working Party.
